 The Alliance Fastpitch Championship Series (AFCS) is the pinnacle event for teams in the Alliance Fastpitch Member Leagues. The top finishing teams from each Member League will face off in a college softball post season format at the AFCS and battle it out for the title of National Champion.
The 2023 16U and 18U AFCS will be hosted by Triple Crown Fastpitch in Southern California. The event will run Sunday, July 23 to Sunday, July 30.  The Series begins with a ‘Regional Format’ where teams will be placed in a four-team pool that leads into a ‘Super Regional’. The top 8 teams will then advance into an Elite 8 with the final 2 teams facing off in the National Championship game.

LODGING PARTNERS
Teams will have to earn their way to the AFCS through League play in one of our Member Leagues – Pacific Coast Fastpitch League, Heart of America Fastpitch League, Northwest Fastpitch League, Northeast Fastpitch League, Rocky Mountain Fastpitch League, Atlantic Coast Fastpitch League, Southeastern Fastpitch League or Texas Fastpitch League. League teams will compete in existing events from various event hosts including TCS, USA Softball and USSSA and accrue points in the Alliance Rating System that will seed them into League Championship events. Tops finishing teams from League Championship events advance to the AFCS.

  • Regionals (4 to 6 teams in each region, double elimination bracket) 
Tuesday July 25
  • Regionals Continued  - teams will be broken into different tiers for super regionals based on their finish at regionals
    • ​1st & 2nd place from regionals will go to Tier 1 Super Regionals
    • 3rd & 4th place from regionals will go to Tier 2 Super Regionals
    • 5th and 6th place from regionals will go to Tier 3 Super Regionals​

REFUND POLICY
A 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations. 

There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out or if a team cancels 10 or fewer days prior to the start of the event.

Otherwise, if a team cancels 11 days or more prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee.

If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund.

Act of God Refund Policy
If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee.
​ 

If one game is played you will receive 50% of entry fee. If two or more games are played there is no refund. ​
